Do you recycle?
Yes. Although recycling is not a mandatory task in Thailand because our government doesn’t have such an ordinance, my family, especially my mom, does separate food waste from plastic containers. We also separate plastic bottles and cardboard and put them into a recycling bin. I wonder whether those recyclable containers are delivered to the recycling centre because I sometimes found people sharing photos of waste collectors mixing all trash before throwing them into a landfill. Hope that’s a joke because I don’t think it’s good for the environment.
